"Building Partnerships for a Brighter Future"

About Us
And who knoweth whether thou art come to the kingdom for such a time as this?
                                                                                                                                                    Esther 4:14

When Cynthia Burton Williams, founder and president of God's Successful Business, resigned from her job to pursue her dream full-time, her supervisor asked her if she was aware that they were in a recession.  She responded by saying "maybe God is sending me out for a time such as this."  Instead of being fearful about the future, Williams saw an opportunity for God’s children to begin working together to make a change!

God’s Successful Business, Inc., (GSB) is a minority owned fund raising  and marketing firm committed to building profitable partnerships between the civic and business communities. With more than 20 years of fund raising experience, Williams has served as executive director of the Foundation for Florida’s Community Colleges, Inc.; alumni director at Miami-Dade Community College; alumni & development director at the University of Miami, as well as the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and St. Thomas University.  Prior to "stepping out on faith" to pursue her dreams in March 2008, Williams served as the Director of the Need-based financial aid programs for the Florida Department of Education, Office of Student Financial Assistance.

She has also worked as a fund raising consultant for several universities and community organizations. Although GSB is not a religious organization, the company applies biblical principles in the operation of its business. With God as our leader, His teaching’s as the foundation of our philosophy, and sound and proven business practices, GSB help build partnerships that will expand and flourish for the good of our corporate and civic communities.

Williams is also a motivational speaker, poet, and the author of the GSB Spiritual Weight Loss Challenge Journal.  She is currently working on her second book entitled When Life's Not Fair. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in communications from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and has completed some graduate work toward a Masters of Science in Management at St. Thomas University in Miami, Florida. Williams resides in Tallahassee, Florida with her four beautiful children, Toronto, Danielle, Johnathon and Jaheim.
